  • Data entry must be done online through the college panel. No student can be added if their name is not on the probable list.
  • Once data is entered, the college must confirm all entries by 18 June 2026, 4:00 PM. No changes will be allowed after confirmation.
  • Print the final statement and get signatures from the department head and principal.

Special Notes

  • The examination will follow the syllabus effective from the 2024-25 academic year for regular candidates and the 2013-14 syllabus for irregular ones.
  • Practical exam schedules will be announced on the university website after the theoretical exams.
  • Results will be published using a grading system.
  • Promotion to the 2nd year requires participation in all courses and at least a D grade in 50% of theoretical courses. A candidate absent in one course may still be promoted if they achieve at least D grades in all other courses, but must clear the missed paper the next year.

All further updates, including the detailed exam routine and admit card issuance, will be available exclusively on the National University website. No separate letters will be sent. Colleges and students are urged to check the site at least twice daily.
